The highest or any offer not necessarily accepted.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Each tender shall be accompanied by a certified cheque, money order, or draft, drawn in favour of \u201cCanada West Court Bailiffs Ltd.\u201d for 10% of the bid. The successful bidder is required to pay the balance of the bid within ten (10) days of the notice of acceptance from the Court Bailiff. Time is of the essence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">If the balance is not paid within 10 days from the date of the sale, the bidder will forfeit their deposit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">All unsuccessful tenders will be returned.
