9:00am through to October 28, 2026 at 2:00pm, the interest of the judgment debtor,
JOHN VASSILAKI in the company VASSILAKI & SONS INVESTMENTS LTD.
48 Class A Common shares without par value
48 Class B Non-voting Common shares without par value
The highest or any offer not necessarily accepted.
Sale may be subject to cancellation without notice. The court bailiff reserves the right to
adjourn the sale without notice and may apply to the court for further direction if the
need arises.
Terms of the sale: 10% upon acceptance of the bid balance plus tax, with the balance
due upon transfer.
Time of payment is of the essence, if the balance of the bid is not received by the
agreed upon time, the deposit will be forfeited.
